At TERRAKRAFT, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we strive for accurate order fulfillment and safe delivery, unforeseen issues may arise. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, or replacements are available.
Eligible Cases for Returns and Replacements
We accept returns or provide replacements under the following conditions:
In-Transit Damage
If your materials are damaged during transit, we will replace the damaged items at no additional cost.
Condition for Replacement
- The damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Clear photographs or videos of the damaged materials must be provided as evidence.
Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will replace the incorrect item with the correct one.
Condition for Replacement:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- The incorrect product must remain unopened and unused.
Excess Materials Due to TERRAKRAFT Calculation Error
Returns are accepted if there is excess unopened, boxed material at the site due to a
calculation error made by TERRAKRAFT.
Condition for Return
- The material must be returned in unopened, undamaged boxes.
- The customer is responsible for the safe return of materials to our godown.
Process for Returns and Replacements
If your order qualifies under the conditions mentioned above:
Report the Issue
- Contact us via email or phone within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Provide your order details and evidence (photos/videos) of the issue.
Approval Confirmation
Our team will review your request and confirm if it qualifies for a return or replacement.
Return or Replacement Procedure
- For damage or incorrect products, replacements will be dispatched once the issue is verified.
- For excess materials, refunds will be processed after the materials have safely reached our godown and have been inspected.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following scenarios:
- If TERRAKRAFT cannot replace the damaged or incorrect items due to unavailability.
- If excess materials due to our calculation error are returned safely and inspected.
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of return confirmation.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Cases
We do not accept returns, provide replacements, or issue refunds in the following cases:
- Customer errors in product selection or quantity.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Opened, used, or damaged products not caused by transit or TERRAKRAFT’s error.
