Our warranties ensure peace of mind by covering manufacturing defects and material quality, with specific exclusions and terms for different flooring types. Please read the details carefully to understand what is covered under your warranty.

Warranty Highlights

General Warranty Terms

TERRAKRAFT warranties cover:

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Structural integrity of the flooring.
  • Wear, stains, and fading under normal residential or commercial use.

TERRAKRAFT warranties do not cover:

  • Damage caused by water (e.g., spills, leaks, flooding, or excessive moisture).
  • Damage caused by termites, except for TERRAKRAFT fusion flooring.
  • Physical or consequential damage (e.g., scratches, dents, or damage caused by improper installation, accidents, or heavy furniture).
  • Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches and fading due to age.

Terrakraft Fusion Flooring

Warranty for Water and Termite Damage:

  • ○ SPC flooring comes with specific warranties against water and termite damage, ensuring protection in areas prone to moisture or pest exposure.

Coverage:

  • Water Resistance: Protects against water damage due to spills or humidity (does not cover flooding or standing water).
  • Termite Resistance: Protects against termite infestations that may affect the flooring structure.

Product-Specific Warranty Durations (for residential use)

Laminated Flooring:

  • 8mm (SmartShield & LuxeLine): 5–15 years.
  • 12mm (ThickShield): 10–20 years.

Fusion Flooring: 10 years (includes water and termite resistance).

Engineered Wood Flooring (Artisan): 10 years, limited to structural integrity and manufacturing defects.

Solid Wood Flooring (Prugawud SolidCore & RareWood): 10 years, limited to structural integrity and manufacturing defects, excluding water and termite damage.

Outdoor Plank Flooring: 5 years, limited to structural defects.

Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under TERRAKRAFT warranties for any product:

  • Damage due to improper installation or failure to follow installation guidelines.
  • Damage caused by excessive water exposure, including flooding or standing water.
  • Physical or consequential damage, such as scratches, dents, gouges, or impacts from heavy objects.
  • Termite damage, except for SPC flooring.
  • Damage caused by improper maintenance, use of abrasive cleaning tools, or harsh chemicals.
  • Color variations or cosmetic imperfections inherent in natural wood.

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your flooring qualifies for a warranty claim:

Provide Documentation: Include proof of purchase, photographs, and a detailed description of the issue.

Inspection and Resolution: TERRAKRAFT will review the claim and may require an on-site inspection to determine eligibility.

  • Use a soft broom or vacuum to remove dust and debris.
  • Clean spills immediately with a damp cloth and avoid excessive water.
  • Use protective pads under furniture to prevent scratches.
  • Maintain indoor humidity levels to reduce the risk of warping (especially for wood-based flooring).
  • Use pest control measures in areas prone to termites for added protection.
