- TerraKraft makes every effort to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to manufacturing processes or digital representations.
- Terminology Usage: The product names, categories, and terms used on our website, such as "SmartShield", "HydroShield", or "Fusion Flooring", are part of our marketing and branding strategy. These terms are used to describe the features and benefits of our products and are not intended to mislead or imply any certification, guarantee, or industry standard beyond the specifications provided.
Pricing
- Prices are displayed in INR and may change without prior notice.
- Pricing errors or omissions may result in order cancellations or adjustments, which will be communicated to the customer.
Orders
Order Acceptance
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- TERRAKRAFT reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Order Confirmation
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.
Payment Terms
Full Payment
- Full payment is required before the dispatch of products.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Online Transfers (Net Banking, UPI).
- Credit/Debit Cards.
- Bank Deposits.
No Cash on Delivery (COD)
Due to the bulky nature of our products, COD is not available.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Areas
We deliver across India. Delivery timelines and charges vary based on the destination.
Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery is 7–15 business days from the order confirmation date.
Unsuccessful Delivery
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, additional charges may
apply for re-delivery.

Warranties
Warranty Coverage
Our warranties cover manufacturing defects and material quality but exclude damage caused by water, physical impact,
or improper maintenance (except for SPC flooring, which includes water and termite warranties).

Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for
- Providing accurate and complete information for orders and delivery.
- Following product care and maintenance instructions provided by TERRAKRAFT
Limitation of Liability
- TERRAKRAFT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or services.
- Our total liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
Force Majeure
TERRAKRAFT is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation interruptions, or government actions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the TERRAKRAFT website, including images, text, and logos, is the exclusive property of TERRAKRAFT. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kerala, India.

TERRAKRAFT reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
