- Incorrect Address: Ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate.
- Unavailability of Recipient: If no one is available to receive the delivery, additional charges
may apply for re-delivery.
Handling and Damage
- TERRAKRAFT ensures that all products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Upon receiving the shipment, please inspect the materials for any damage.
- In Case of Damage: Notify us immediately if you notice any damage to the materials upon delivery.
